Shipping policy

When you place an order, please allow us one day for processing. You will receive an email notification within this period confirming that your order is on its way.

We offer Amazon, Fedex, USPS or UPS shipping options, as well as a Local Pick Up option on the Site. Other freight carrier options may be provided on a case-by-case basis to you for larger orders.

When choosing a shipping option, please remember that if you are ordering blank labels we will typically ship the item the same business day to you if you place your order before the production cut off times. If you are ordering a printed product from the Site, please keep in mind that all turnaround options do not include shipping transit time.

Shipping transit times are different for every shipping option and carrier chosen. Everstix will use the carrier chosen on a best-effort basis, but may opt at its sole discretion to choose an alternative method in order to ship your product to you on time, more secure, or faster whenever it is reasonable to do so. Larger orders (More than 10 items) that contain several packages within the same shipment and with a chosen method of Ground may be shipped LTL. In this case, we will contact you to arrange a lift gate or a dock delivery to ensure your products arrive more securely.

UPS and Fedex both work on standard business days (Monday-Friday), and do not deliver on Saturday (unless Saturday delivery is specified) or Sunday. Please do not include the day that your package ships when calculating delivery days in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to acknowledge and understand this when choosing a shipping method and carrier option. Shipping times vary, and Everstix assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in service, the breakdown of equipment, etc. that is beyond Everstix's control. Everstix's responsibility is limited to processing and preparing your order and providing it to the shipping carrier. Local Pick Up orders must be picked up at the Everstix facility by the customer or customer carrier within 30 days of the order being Ready for Pickup.

United States Orders

Orders within the U.S. are delivered in just 1-2 business days. Enjoy free shipping on orders under USD $100, shipped via Amazon Logistics.

For orders exceeding USD $100, please contact us for a rate estimate; we use USPS First Class Shipping for these deliveries.

Shipping Details:

  • Timelines are in business days, excluding holidays and weekends, with no Saturday delivery.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for large items; these fees will be indicated in the product description and at checkout.

Hong Kong Orders

Orders in Hong Kong, including in-store pickups, are delivered within 2-5 business days with free shipping, primarily through SF Express.

Express Shipping for HK Island

Orders placed before 11am from Monday to Friday are delivered on the same business day. Orders on weekends or public holidays are delivered the next business day, excluding large items like anything larger than a baby carrier.

International Orders

International shipments from Hong Kong typically arrive in 5-10 business days with tracking from various carriers.

Specific Regions:

  • UAE & Qatar: Free shipping on orders over AED 950; AED 140 otherwise.
  • Singapore & Macao: US$13 flat fee.
  • China, Japan, Philippines, Taiwan: HK$150 (US$19) flat fee.
  • Malaysia: US$32 flat fee.
  • Australia: US$37 flat fee.
  • New Zealand: US$102 flat fee.
  • Other destinations: US$38 flat fee. Additional import duties and fees are not included.

Customer Information Responsibility

Items are securely packaged and you will receive a tracking number via email once shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to track shipments and manage any necessary import duties or clearances. Ensure that all your information, including your name and address, is correct. If errors are found on your invoice, which is sent upon order confirmation, contact us immediately at support@everstix.com.

Everstix Trading Ltd. is not liable for shipment delays due to incorrect information. Import duties and taxes are also your responsibility; contact us for any related questions at support@everstix.com.

International Shipping: Customs, Duties, and Taxes Information

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. These costs are not included in the item price or the shipping cost. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges. Everstix has no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be in advance. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

Under no circumstances will Everstix make any payments for Custom, Duties and Taxes associated with orders placed with us.
